When the product is returned to us, we will check it to ensure that it is in unused condition and that there is no damage. Returns or exchange may take up to 5 business days to process from the time we receive the returned product.
Return or Exchange Process
- Contact us regarding your order and request by online service or email. Please note that it is better to directly send us your order number, your name, invoice number, and details about the return or exchange for quick confirmation.
- We will send you the return address after the confirmation, and then wait for the return.
- After receiving the return and confirming that there is no problem, we will resend the order or make a refund.
- Please note that the processing may take up to 5 business days after we receive the product.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted without authorization.
- Any refund will be paid within 5 business days after the refund is agreed with the same payment terms as the original order.
- Items must be shipped back to us prepaid, and all items should be back in unused and undamaged condition and in their original packaging.
- If returns or exchanges are due to our error, there is no replenishment charge and we are happy to refund shipping costs.
