Definitions

Payment
Order completion requires payment of all applicable costs. No product will be sent if payment is not received or if the payment method is denied. We now also accept PayPal payments in addition to credit cards.
Shipping Policies
Shipping charges will be paid by the buyer in the amount calculated by the seller at the time of purchase. If you’re shipping internationally or making a quick transaction, your delivery costs may increase. There is no promise of free delivery on anything sent outside of the United States. Orders sent outside of the United States will incur extra shipping charges. The merchant is not responsible for anything damaged during shipment. The supplier shall take all reasonable steps to safeguard the customer’s services or materials against loss, damage, or destruction.

Refund/Return Policy
If the purchaser notifies the seller within 30 days after the date of purchase, the item may be returned or refunded. The buyer may return an item by contacting info@landtopmall.com or via the website’s customer account page. The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.

Cancellation
An order may be canceled up to the point of payment confirmation. After the payment has been completed, the buyer will receive the confirmation email to make sure the order is confirmed.

Please contact our customer service department if you have any questions about any of the products or the seller. If you have any queries, please send an email to info@landtopmall.com. There is no way to predict the result. The seller will handle it on an individual basis.
Legalities
Once the products or service is delivered to the client, the seller is no longer accountable for any resulting health or safety risks. The seller is not responsible for any harm caused by the customer’s purchases.
